Noon Year's Eve Party!

⚠️REGISTRATION IS FULL⚠️ You can sign-up for the wait list and we will email you if a spot opens up. (You may still receive an event reminder email, this is not confirmation of registration) Please register below by selecting a ticket for each person in attendance. (including adults & siblings over 12 months old) There is a separate ticket option for participating children and then guests. This helps us plan accordingly for snacks and crafts. Likewise, please be sure to let us know if you find you cannot make it after registering so that we can make that spot available to someone on the waitlist :) Thank you!

This is a FREE event, open to the public and best suited for littles under 12, but open to all ages and abilities.

We're so excited to collaborate with Amherst Kid's Closet and the Amherst Historical Society to bring this super fun event to the community!

End 2025 with a bang and join us for our very first Noon Year's Eve Celebration with a special Balloon Drop and noon to celebrate the New Year!

All diapers will go to Amherst Kid's Closet to be made available for families in need.

🧦 SINGLE SOCK DRIVE- Have a ton of single socks, missing a match, that you don't know what to do with?? Support sustainability this holiday season! Learn more about the Smartwool Second Cut Project here. Bring your extra socks to the event to receive an extra raffle ticket. Socks can be any size, any material, any condition, new, old, holy, (we just ask that they're washed/clean please)

🧤 FREE WINTER HATS & GLOVES for all registered children. Huge shout out and thank you to Shoreline Contractors, Inc. for sponsoring the event and funding the hats and gloves!

🌙 TO THE MOON & BACK PHOTOGRAPHY is donating their time and talents to capture memories from the event. Check out their website and please consider them for family photos in the future! (Photo album will be made available to parents after the event)

Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and/or participating in this event*, I, the undersigned parent/guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether foreseeable or not, that may arise from participation in the event.

Parental Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the supervision, care, and conduct of my child(ren) during the event. I agree that I will remain with and supervise my child(ren) at all times.

Release and Hold Harmless

I, on behalf of myself and my child(ren), hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lorain with Littles, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, partners, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Photo/Media Release

I grant permission for Lorain with Littles to use photographs, video recordings, or other media of myself and/or my child(ren) taken during the event for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, without compensation. I may revoke this consent in writing prior to the event if I choose.

Acknowledgment

I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I voluntarily agree to its terms and conditions.
